1 -How to change your password while you're logged in ?
- From your desktop, click on the More
- icon in the navigation bar and select Settings and privacy.
- From the Your account tab, click on Change your password.
- Enter your Current password.
- Choose your New password.
- Save your changes by clicking Save.
2 -what should I do if I forgot my password or the password is not working ?
- From the sign in page on www.PayForShare.com, click Forgot password
- Enter your email address, phone number, or PayForShare username.
- Check your email inbox. PayForShare will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
- The email will include a code which will be valid for 60 minutes.
- Enter this code into the text field on the password reset page and click Submit.
- When prompted, choose a new password.
3 -what should I do if I forgot my username ?
- click on forgot my username
- enter your email that was used to create the account.
- Check your email inbox. PayForShare will immediately send a message to your account's email address.
4I requested a new password reset, but it has not arrived in my email inbox.
Be sure to check your junk or spam filters on your email inbox. Search for any emails from PayForShare.
5 -I am receiving the password reset emails but I still cannot log in!
- Try again – the links in those emails are time-sensitive. Be sure you have not copied and pasted any extra spaces if you copy the link into your browser's URL bar.
- Try logging in from a different browser or another computer.
- Make sure your browser accepts cookies. Before saving your new password, you should also try clearing your browser's cache.
- please check the high caps and small letters
6 -I just made a new account, but have not been able to log in yet.
Make sure your signup was successful. Check your email inbox for the confirmation we send you when you successfully signed up for an account.
- If it looks like you did not create an account, you can sign up for a new account again.
- If you did create a new account but cannot log in, request a new password. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders for our password email.
7 -How to change your username?
- login to you Your account.
- Click on Edit Profile.
- Under Account information, update the username currently listed in the Username field. If the username is taken, you'll be prompted to choose another one.
- Click the Save button.
Help with temporary account lock out!!
1 -What does it mean to be locked out?
- After a limited number of failed attempts to sign in to PayForShare, you will be temporarily locked out from trying to sign in. When your account is locked, you will not be able to sign in — even with the correct password.
- This lock lasts about an hour and will then clear on its own.
2 -If the lock does not clear after an hour!!
- Disable your third-party applications, Hootsuite, widgets, etc. (Only re-enable the applications you've disabled after you've confirmed you can sign in at PayForShare.com.)
- Wait an hour.
- After an hour has passed, check to confirm that you can sign in successfully at https://PayForShare.com/login. If you can't remember your password, you can request a new password here.
3 -Why does PayForShare lock accounts?
PayForShare limits the number of times that someone can try signing in to an account for security reasons. We don't want to give hackers unlimited attempts at guessing your password. So, we block them from trying after a while.

1 -How to change your username?
- login to you Your account.
- Click on Edit Profile.

Promoters and Influencers
1 -(Promoters/Influencers) How i can share posts on my social page?
- login to you Your account.
- Click How to share? in top right of your page.
2 -can i share a post on one social network or more?
- yes you can share the post to more than one social network as long as it is open to share on it
3 -can i chose which social network to share the post?
- yes you can as long as it is open to share on it.
4 -can i review the post before i share it ?
- yes you can each post has a view button to view the post before you share it
5 -when i can delete the post from my social page ?
- you can delete the post from your social network page after 72 hours or more , otherwise the post will not counted on your wallet.
6 -Can i delete a post after i share it ?
- yes you can but that post will not count on your wallet , it will conceder as canceled post.
7 -(Promoters/Influencers) Why some post not counted on my wallet ?
- maybe because you deleted before the du date ( 72 hours) or you violated some of our condition ( for more information please review our terms and conditions )
8 -(Advertiser) Why my post doesn't been accepted to share?
- Maybe you for get to add #sponsored or #ads or you violated some of our condition ( for more information please review our terms and conditions )
9 -can i change my category on my profile ?
- yes you can but it will take minimum 1 week to approval and verification.
10 -How i can transfer my money from my wallet ?
- You need to reach the minimum balance that allowed you to transfer.
- You press the button of transfer.
- - it will take you to the payment gate to full your data that you need to transfer your money too.
11 - (Advertiser)How i can add a post for sharing?
- login to you Your account.
- Click How to share? in top right of your page.
12 - How much money i will collect from each sharing?
- The cost of each sharing is counted based on your level and numbers of followers and friends
- login to you Your account.
- Click on the price list button? in top right of your page.
13 - i collect money by sharing one post in all social network or i collect money by sharing a post in each social network ?
- you collect money by sharing one post in each social network (for example you will collect money if you share a post on Facebook and collect more money if you share the same post in Instagram too )
14 - How i can upgrade my level?
- by sending us email to request level upgrade.
15 - Why i need to upgrade my level?
- because the more you have higher level the more you make more money.
16 - why each time i try to transfer my money from my wallet gives me error?
- It happened some times because internet connection or security system , so please try again after one hour if give you error again please contact us.
17 - How much time i need to transfer my money to my bank account?
- It usually takes 3 to 5 working days minimum.
18 - What is better for me to transfer my money from my wallet to my bank account or to my payment gate personal account?
- it always better to create a personal payment gate account to transfer your money on it (it is faster and easer ).
19 - when i can to transfer my money from my wallet?
- You can transfer your money from your wallet when you reach the minimum amount of money to transfer ( note: each level has a deference minimum amount of money to open the transfer option ).
20 - Can i refuse to share some posts i don’t like?
- yes you can.
21 - what dose it mean Ongoing posts?
- Ongoing posts mean that post still didn't passed a 72 hours on your social network page.
22 - Can i have more than account?
- NO you can't, it will be violated our rules and terms , and it will be blocked.
23 -What is offers ads?
- Offers ads is a special offers for you from our advertisers.
24 -How much time i need to verify my profile?
- It will take minimum 7 working days.
25 -What if i delete the post i shared before 72 hours?
- Your post will canceled and it will not counted on your wallet.
26 -Did the minimum amount money i collect in my wallet that allowed me to transfer it to my bank account changed based on my level?
- it mean that that you collected the minimum amount of money at your wallet that allowed you to transfer it to your bank account.
27 -How many posts i expect to share dally?
- It’s difficult to estimate because the advertisers select who they target and it also depends on how many advertisers we have using PayForShare at any time. You may receive 1 or more ads a Day. However, there will be days where you might not receive any ads. The number of ads you receive depends on if you are the right match for one of our advertisers. Keep in mind, advertisers choose when to run an ad on PayForShare.
28 -What is a deference between promoters and influencers?
- The deference between promoters and influencers is the number of followers and friends , promoters are any regular user for social networks has followers or friends less than 5000 but influencers have more than 5000 followers and friends.
Payment.
1 -Do online payments go through immediately?
- it generally takes 3 to 5 business days for an electronic ACH payment to fully clear the system.
2 -How to transfer my money from my wallet to my?
- To update your payment details, log into your Manage My Account area and go to the billing tab. You will need to sign in using the email address you registered with.
- Please note, if you hold more than one product with us then your new payment details will not be copied over to your other products.
3 -What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept Debit/Credit Card, Direct Debit and PayPal payments.
4 -How do I update my payment details?
- You can update your payment information by login to your profile page and go to wallet and updated from your edit profile.
Advertisers.
1 -What kind of posts i can posted?
- all kind of posts ( video - text - photo ).
2 -Do i need to uploaded it on PayForShare.com?
- NO you don’t need , you only share the link of your post that you posted on your social network page or your website.
3 -Do i need to pay first?
- yes you need to pay first on your wallet than you can add money to your post wallet to us it for posting.
4 -Can i chose my target audience?
- Yes you can by choosing category, age , gender , location , language and the social network you want to share your post on it.
5 -Do i will receive report about my post sharing details?
- Yes after the money on your post wallet is finished.
6 -Can i see my post states during posting?
- Yes you can review your post states during the posting by open the outgoing posts on your profile.
7 -Can i cancel a post after post it?
- yes you can from post cancel.
- Note: by candling the post during posting you will lose the money that already used in sharing and you will just return the rest of money from your wallet to your profile wallet.
8 -Why my post not accepted to share?
- maybe because your post violated our terms/conditions or your post not contained #sponsored or #Ads.
- login to you Your account.
- Click How to share? in top right of your page.
9 -Can i chose the influencers who will share my post?
- you only can chose the level of influencers who will share your posts only.
10 -Can i hire influencers to promote my product?
- yes you can by contact us and send us the details about the influencers that you need to hire.
11 -How i post an offer ads for promoters and influencers profile wall?
- you can send us email or by contact us.
12 -Do i will received an invoice?
- Yes you can request invoice and you will receive it by email.
